Generosity is a big deal and we are grateful for the blessing God provides to us through His people. We believe strongly in TRANSPARENCY. Our financial system is designed to maximize stewardship, minimize waste, and safeguard from scandal. Ultimately, we are accountable to God for how we handle His resources, but we want you to be aware of how we spend money.
PERSONNEL - 40%
This is the money that we use to take care of our full time and part time staff who provide Pastoral leadership, professional expertise, and administrative support.
OPERATIONS - 25%
This is the money that we spend for facilities & services. These expenses consist of rent, insurance, professional accounting services, and all other necessary bills.
MINISTRIES - 25%
This is the money we invest back into the people of One Church. Spiritual development is a high priority, so, we gladly invest money into family ministries, connect groups, and creative arts just to name a few.
MISSIONS - 10%
We believe in giving back to help others. This money helps initiatives that are close to home and some far away in reaching people for Jesus, meeting physical needs, and making a difference.
